As you are aware, the applicant submitted two different legal <br />descriptions as Exhibit 0 and Exhibit P. These descriptions represent the proposed zone <br />boundaries for their new maps labeled "Metro Plan Rotated" and "Metro Plan Not Rotated." <br />In the event that a particular map (generated by the applicant, opponents, or other source) is <br />selected as part of an approval, staff recommends that a condition be added to the approval <br />requiring that the applicant provide a legal description reflecting the approved zoning <br />boundaries, subject to review and approval by the City Surveyor within the City of Eugene Public <br />Works Department.
