The Hearings Official stated he had no conflicts of interests and had no ex parte communications to disclose. No person objected to the Hearings Official conducting the hearing. Becky Taylor (Taylor), Associate Planner, and Gabe Flock, Senior Planner, were present for the hearings. Taylor presented the staff report at the public hearing, recommending approval of the zone change request and removal of the Site Review Overlay.
