Hearings Official Wilson:
Due to extended procedural discussions with the city regarding the manner of submitting
additional data to the city's consultant, CMS, the Applicant and the City have agreed to
stipulate to a revised open record schedule and request an order revising the current
schedule.
The revised schedule is as follows:
June 17Applicant submits new evidence
July 1-CMS and all other parties submit evidence
July 15-All parties can respond to new evidence submitted by July 1St deadline
July 22-Final rebuttal by applicant
We hope this revised schedule will help to provide the most comprehensive record
possible for this land use decision.
