The subject property is located on the <br />northwest corner of West Amazon Road and Fox Hollow road, and the property is developed and <br />used as the Crossfire Ministries church. The applicant requests conditional use permit approval <br />to install a 75-ft telecommunications tower (cell tower) that purports to look like an evergreen <br />tree (monopine).
