We acknowledge receipt and grant the extension as allowed in Eugene Code 9.7020. Accordingly those 58 days will be deducted from the maximum allowable 245 days that are afforded by State law. As we discussed earlier in the week, your client does have the ability to waive the 120 day clock if necessary at a later date. As we discussed, AT&T would like additional time to submit supplemental application materials. AT&T proposes a new submittal date of Friday, March 13, 2015, which is an additional 58-day extension. I understand from you (and from Becky, previously), that a different planner will likely be assigned to this application in the near future. Please keep us posted. Thanks, Zach. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the proposed extension and new submittal deadline. Donya Donya W.
