'al' nill <br />NOTICE OF DECISION: <br />OAKLEIGH COHOUSEING PUD (PDT 13-1 and WG 13-1) <br />On November 12, •2013, the Eugene Hearings Official conditionally approved the concurrent land use <br />applications for Oakleigh Cohousing PUD noted above. <br />A copy of the decision and the record materials for the applications are available for review at the Planning <br />Division and may be obtained at a reasonable cost. This notice and the Hearings Official's decision may also <br />be viewed by visiting www.eugene-or.gov/luplanning. <br />Unless appealed pursuant to Eugene Code Sections 9.7650 through 9.7685, Hearings Official's decision will <br />be effective when the appeal period has expired. In this case, the appeal deadline is 5 p.m. November 25, <br />2013. Appeal procedures, forms, and fee information are available at the City's Planning Division or on our <br />web site.
