AM% <br />• Planning <br />NOTICE OF APPEAL HEARING: <br />OAKLEIGH COHOUSING PUD (PDT 13-1) <br />NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING <br />6:00pm Thursday December 5, 2013 <br />Harris Hall <br />125 East 8th Ave, Eugene OR 97401 <br />On Thursday, December 5, 2013, the Eugene Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an <br />appeal on the following land use application which was approved by the Hearings Official: <br />File Name Oakleigh Cohousing PUD (PDT 13-1) <br />Location: Located at the east end of Oakleigh Lane. <br />Application: Tentative Planned Unit Development for a 29-unit cohousing <br />development. <br />Applicant: Will Dixon, Oakleigh Meadow LLC <br />Lead City Staff: Becky Taylor, Associate Planner, (541) 682-5437 <br />All documents and evidence submitted on these applications will be available for free inspection at the <br />Atrium Building, 99 West 10th Avenue, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Copies <br />may also be obtained at cost. The Planning Division staff report to the Planning Commission on appeals is <br />normally, but not required to be, provided at least 7 days in advance of the public hearing (available for <br />inspection free of charge or copies provided at a reasonable cost). In this case, the time available for <br />Planning. Commission's appeal hearing and a final local decision on appeal is limited under the statutory 120- <br />day rule; as such, no staff report will be provided in advance of the appeal hearing. However, the full public <br />record and the Hearings Official's decision are currently available. You are encouraged to submit written testimony if you have detailed comments you wish to <br />make. <br />Please note that failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide <br />statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to enable the decision maker to respond to the issue, <br />precludes further appeal based on that issue.
