The Tentative PUD <br />approved the creation of 39 residential lots, the extension of Randy Lane, private streets, and <br />other associated infrastructure improvements and was subject to 27 conditions of approval. <br />The tentative approval was run concurrently with the Tentative Subdivision (City File: ST 24-3). <br />A Final Subdivision application (City File: SF 25-3) was also submitted, but is not being reviewed <br />concurrently with these applications. <br />In order to facilitate infrastructure improvements, the applicant is also requesting concurrent <br />approval of a Standards Review application. Specifically, the scope of the Standards Review <br />application is the construction and extension of Randy Lane across Videra Creek, a Goal 5 <br />protected riparian resource.
