This is a strange position to take, since the bulk of the opposition
testimony is in regards to the perceived inadequacy of Lombard, Fir and Briarcliff.
Donna Stark, City's Public Works Engineering staff, provided to the record an email
dated July 12, 2018 responding to information entered into the record by Greenlight
Engineering. In that email, staff responded to Mr. Nys' complaints regarding the vision
clearance and concurred with the Applicant's traffic engineer. The City staff concurs with the
Applicant in all other aspects of the Application in regards to traffic, vision clearance and
access.
