See Rec. 651.
C. Sheet 4 of 8
Sheet 4 of 8 is entitled Tree Zone Map. A reduced copy of that sheet is contained at Rec.
652. That sheet contains a 1 " to 100'- 0" scale drawing of the development that breaks the
development down into 6 zones. Zone 6 corresponds to Phase 2 and notes contained on the sheet
indicate that Zone 6 is not a part of this CUP. On the development drawing, the existing trees to
remain and buffer zones are indicated in a manner similar to the other sheets.
Sheet 4 of 8 also contains two plant count tables. Each table indicates the number of Fir,
Oak, Ponderosa Pine, Cedar, Madrone and Ash plants contained in each zone, and totals for each
type and zone. The first table indicates the plant count for trees 8" in diameter and over, and the
second table indicates the plant count for trees 18" in diameter and over.
d. Sheet 6 of 8
Sheet 6 of 8 is entitled Elevations: Tree Preservation Zones. A reduced copy of that
sheet is contained at Rec. 654. It depicts a 1" = 20' - 0" scale plan and elevation of the southern
portion of the knoll. Three groupings of trees are detailed on the plan with specific trees
designated for preservation expressly indicated. All vegetation between the specific trees
designated for preservation are shown as removed - i.e. the spaces between the groups of trees
designated for preservation are converted to open cemetery park. There are also two notes on
the sheet, one for planting and one for irrigation.
The Planting note provides:
"Planting areas around preserved trees to be as follows: As each planting area
permits some of the native vegetation, such as vine maples, evergreen
huckleberry, oregon grape will be preserved The edges of the preserved areas
may be planted in lawn. Each grouping of preserved trees will be evaluated
