The proposed condition is to be a single family houses. <br /> <br />METHODOLOGY <br /> <br />Drainage at existing site: Currently the lot drains to a existing ditch along the south property line <br />Coburg Rd, via two existing 24” culverts. <br /> <br />Potential impacts on the proposed site from existing conditions: <br />There are no impacts from the proposed site on the existing conditions due to t <br />pond. <br /> <br />Potential impacts from the proposed site on existing drainage: <br />but the increased runoff will be mitigated with a proposed detention pond. <br /> <br />Techniques for mitigating potential conflicts or problems: <br />proposed drainage to a proposed detention pond on the southwest side of the subdivision.
