Assessor’s Map: 17-03-30-23 Tax Lot 400. <br />Relevant Dates: <br />Application submitted on February 6, 2019; application deemed complete on February 28, <br />2019; public hearing held on April 10, 2019. <br />Applicant’s Representative: <br />Kristen Taylor of TBG Architects + Planners. <br />Lead City Staff: <br />Rodney Bohner, Assistant Planner, Eugene Planning Division. <br />Summary of the Public Hearing <br />The Hearings Official held a public hearing on this application on April 10, 2019. The <br />Hearings Official stated he had no conflicts of interests, was not biased, and had no ex parte <br />communications to disclose. No person objected to the Hearings Official conducting the <br />hearing. Rodney Bohner (Bohner), Assistant Planner, Gabe Flock, Senior Planner, and <br />Alissa Hansen, Principal Planner, were present for the hearing. Bohner presented the staff <br />report, recommending approval of the application. Kristen Taylor, Cydney Vandercar, Andy <br />Dey, and Mary Walston, the applicant’s representatives, testified in favor of the application. <br />Beverly Lindley testified in opposition to the application due to traffic concerns. At the <br />conclusion of the public hearing, the Hearings Official closed the record. <br /> <br />
