There is one tract <br />proposed to maintain stormwater management for the subdivision. The future development is still unknown at this time, but <br />each lot is sized large enough for potential future development of either single unit dwellings or middle housing on each lot. <br /> Key questions raised at the meeting: <br /> <br /> What kind of privacy will there be on the west side of the property? Will trees be removed? <br /> Will there be on-site parking?
