Please find site plan depicting the proposal [included with this letter]. <br /> <br />Prior to a neighborhood-applicant meeting, the City of Eugene Code (EC) Section <br />9.7007(4) requires that the pertinent neighborhood association be sent a list of at least <br />three possible meeting dates/times on which to hold the meeting. <br />This can be a virtual meeting held on Zoom, or an in-person meeting on site, or <br />inside at a location nearby. <br />Below are three proposed dates/times for the neighborhood-applicant meeting. <br />Tuesday, March 24th 2026, (5:30 pm) <br />Wednesday, March 25th 2026, (5:30 pm) <br />Thursday, March 26th 2026, (5:30 pm) <br /> <br />Please send me your meeting preference at your earliest convenience, but no later than <br />9:00 AM on Tuesday March 10, 2026 so we can provide adequate public notice of the <br />meeting.
