<br />Lynn Morris, Beneficiary, dated October 1, 2008, recorded February 22, 2016,
<br />Reception No. 2016-007004, Lane County Deeds and Records, to secure payment of a
<br />note in the amount of $4,300,990.00.
<br /> Said Deed of Trust was subordinated and rendered inferior and subsequent to
<br />that certain Deed of Trust recorded April 13, 2026, Reception No. 2026-011587, by
<br />Subordination Agreement dated April 10, 2026, recorded April 13, 2026, Reception No.
