<br />under the Eric R.-T. Roost and Anna Lyons-Roost Living Trust dated January 10, 2008,
<br />and any amendments thereto, a former fee title holder. An adequate Certification of
<br />Trust must be furnished for our examination prior to the issuance of any title
<br />insurance.
