The middle portion of the subject property contains part of a <br />unit of land that was originally established by Nar Vista Plat, recorded October 9, 1952, and <br />then subsequently divided by deed in 1981 without the benefit of partition. The northeastern <br />portion of the subject property contains the entirety of a legal lot that was established by Deed <br />20138, signed July 3, 1957.
