This means <br />that the final plat substantially conforms to the provisions of the approved tentative plan. In addition, the tentative <br />middle housing land division application was approved with four (4) conditions. Compliance with the conditions of <br />approval is discussed below. <br />1. An Irrevocable Petition shall be provided with the final plat for public improvements within <br />Rose Lane to include adequate paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. <br />A DRAFT Irrevocable Petition is submitted with this application packet. <br />2. On the final plat, the applicant shall denote the proposed 24-foot-wide-joint use access <br />easement as private. <br />On the final plat and final site plan the easement is labeled “Private 24’ Joint Use Access Easement”. <br />3.
