Order No. 0340330 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br /> <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of the South one-half of Lot 10, Block 31 of the <br />AMENDED PLAT OF FAIRMOUNT as recorded in Book 2, Page 12 of Lane County Oregon Plat <br />Records on April 29, 1892, said point being monumented by a 1/2” iron pipe; run thence <br />Easterly along the North line of said South one-half, North 89° 51’ 57” East 120.00 feet <br />to the Northeast corner of that tract of land deeded to Victor P. Morris and Grace P. <br />Morris and recorded on May 22, 1929 in Book 164, Page 172 of Lane County Oregon Deed <br />Records and being the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line, <br />South 89° 35’ 37” East 156.5 feet; South 0° 30’ 19” West 57.7 feet to the Northerly <br />right-of-way line of Rose Lane; thence Westerly along said right-of-way line, North 89° <br />30’ 26” West 156.6 feet to the Southeast corner of said Morris tract; thence North 0° <br />34’ 24” East 57.5 feet to the true point of beginning, all in Eugene, Lane County, <br />Oregon. <br /> <br /> <br />
