The total number of parking spaces shall be limited to 2 per <br />lot, not including parking within a garage. <br />3. The driveway and associated parking shall be perpendicular <br />to the street. <br />4. A driveway and associated parking area shall not exceed 22 <br />feet in width by 18 feet in depth for side by side parking <br />spaces, or 12 feet in width by 33 feet in depth for tandem <br />parking spaces. <br />5. Driveways and associated parking spaces shall be hard- <br />surfaced with asphalt, concrete, pavers or grass-crete.
