Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />4200 Roosevelt Blvd. <br />EWEB Eugene, OR 97402 <br />November 4, 2024 <br />City of Eugene Planning Division <br />Attn: Brailey Black <br />99 W 10t" Ave. <br />Eugene, OR 97401 <br />Re: PT-24-11 3230 & 3240 Bell Ave <br />Dear Brailey, <br />EWEB staff has reviewed the Land Use Referral: PT-24-11 3230 & 3240 Bell Ave Map: 17-04- <br />26-22, TL 04400, and have no objections to the proposed land -use action assuming the <br />following comments and conditions are required to be addressed by the applicant prior to <br />obtaining electric, water, and/or Fiber services from EWEB. <br />General Comments: <br />Utility services for development are provided in accordance with EWEB policies and procedures <br />which are available at our main office or online at http://www.eweb.org/policies. <br />Electric Comments: <br />EWEB has overhead electric facilities on the southwest corner of the property. <br />An electric service extension is required to serve both lots. Extension of electric facilities will be <br />designed to meet the City of Eugene Utility Permitting ordinances, land use ordinances, EWEB <br />standards, and other applicable codes. After EWEB provides the customer with an electric <br />design, typically the electric service conduit and conductors are installed by customer to current <br />codes and EWEB specifications and inspected by EWEB. An EWEB easement or a PUE will <br />need to be on the plat to serve parcel 1.
