The PUE to be <br />vacated is the “20’ overhead easement” in the northeast corner of Lot 9, 6th Addition Westward Ho <br />Subdivision in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon (Exhibit A), also known as: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Northwest Natural confirms that the “20’ overhead easement” shown in Exhibit A is not currently <br />being used by us, and we have no plans to use it in the future.
