3394 Korbel Street ~ EUGENE, OR 97404 <br />B-Rad Consulting LLC 541-510-7653 ~J.Brad.Larsen@gmail.com <br /> <br />EXHIBIT E: <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING for <br />UNAFFECTED PROPERTIES <br />We, are the owners of the property at The <br />property is adjacent to The utilities servicing my property do not rely on the <br />Public Utility Easement (PUE) notated as the 20 overhead easement in the northeast corner of <br />Lot 9, 6th Addition Westward Ho Subdivision in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon <br />(Exhibit A). Lot 9, which has utilities that rely on the 20 overhead easement, is more commonly <br />known as: <br /> <br /> <br />All properties adjacent to rely on the 12 public utility easement (PUE), which <br />consists of 6 on each side of the property lines. The 12 PUE will not be affected by the actions <br />described below. <br />We understand the nature and scope of the proposed actions described in Exhibits A and B. <br />Further, we understand that the 20 overhead easement shown in Exhibit A will be vacated after <br />the overhead utilities are relocated underground in the existing 6 PUE according to Exhibit B. It <br />is our understanding that the EWEB poles that service our home will not be affected, and only the <br />lines between the two poles (#16797 and #16798) will be relocated. If the utilities are relocated, it <br />is acceptable to us for the City of Eugene to vacate the tapered 20 overhead easement using <br />their Type 1 Vacation process. <br />______________________________ <br /> <br />______________________________ <br /> (date) (date)
