Lot 9, which has utilities that rely on the 20’ overhead easement, is more commonly <br />known as: <br /> <br /> <br />All properties adjacent to rely on the 12’ public utility easement (PUE), which <br />consists of 6’ on each side of the property lines. The 12’ PUE will not be affected by the actions <br />described below. <br />We understand the nature and scope of the proposed actions described in Exhibits A and B. <br />Further, we understand that the “20’ overhead easement” shown in Exhibit A will be vacated after <br />the overhead utilities are relocated underground in the existing 6’ PUE according to Exhibit B. It <br />is our understanding that the EWEB poles that service our home will not be affected, and only the <br />lines between the two poles (#16797 and #16798) will be relocated.
