The proposal is located at Map and Tax Lot 18 03 04 42 <br />02300 and is zoned Low Density Residential (R-1). The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into lots <br />and then further divide those Subdivision lots into Middle Housing Lots to facilitate home ownership. <br /> <br />The property is located on east side of Floral Hill Drive on the north south portion of the road. The property is <br />entirely within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and is annexed. The site is approximately 1.88 acres and is <br />currently vacant. See air photo below.
