Notice of land Use Decision <br />Date: April 22, 2026 <br />Location: 270 E 15TH Avenue <br />File Name/Number: Green Wall LLC (ARA 26-1) <br />Exh ibit A <br />On April 17, 2026 the Eugene Planning Director approved a Minor Adjustment review to adjust Eugene Code (EC) <br />9.5550(4)(b)(5)(a)&(b) Driveways, and related access connection standards for Middle Housing Triplexes and <br />Fourplexes. <br />As a courtesy, general information and reference materials for this land use application may be accessed by visiting: <br />http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information. <br />A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and <br />applicable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division. Copies may be obtained at a cost. <br />Any person who is adversely affected or aggrieved by this decision, or who is mailed this written notice, may appeal <br />the decision and pay an appeal fee in accordance with procedures listed in Section 9.7605 of the Eugene Code (EC). <br />The Planning Director's decision will not become final until after the 12-day period for filing a local appeal has <br />expired in accordance with EC 9.7220(4). In this case, any appeal must be received by 5 p.m. on May 4, 2026. Appeal <br />procedures, forms, and fee information are available at the City's Permit and Information Center which is open from <br />12 pm to 4 pm M-F or on our website. In accordance with Section 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, the Eugene Hearings <br />Official will consider any appeals of this land use decision.
