2) On the final plat, the applicant shall dedicate a 5-foot wide public utility <br />easement (PUE) or 5-foot wide EWEB easement for the existing overhead <br />electric line. <br />The applicant has chosen to dedicate a 5-foot wide PUE for the existing <br />overhead electric line. <br />3) The applicant shall include provisions for pedestrian ingress/egress in the <br />proposed 20-foot private joint use access easement. <br />Provisions for pedestrians are included in the easement document submitted <br />for review by this application. <br />4) Prior to development or sale of either Middle Housing Lot 1 or 2, the <br />applicant shall provide evidence that the parcels are served by individual <br />separate electric services. If this has not been provided prior to final plat, <br />then a deed restriction must be recorded concurrently with the final plat, <br />reflecting this condition of approval. <br />As shown on the Final Site Plan submitted with this application, the two <br />dwellings have separate electric meters and separate drops from the pole.
