Project No. 24-319-01 <br />This application is for a Middle Housing Division of the lands at 3187 Elmira Rd. <br />The Tentative Middle Housing Division was granted approval on October 24, 2025 <br />under File Number MHT 25-34. <br />The following is a discussion of how the Final Middle Housing Division <br />conforms to the Conditions of Approval placed on the Tentative Middle Housing <br />Division application and the applicable code criteria: <br />9.8197 Middle Housing Land Division, Final Plat Application Requirements. In <br />addition to the provisions in EC 9.7010 Application Filing, final plat <br />applications shall: <br />1) Be signed by the owner of the property. <br />The owner (Estate of Robert E. Scott) has signed the application. <br />2) Contain a proposed final plat stamped and signed by an Oregon licensed land <br />surveyor, complying with state and local platting and surveying <br />requirements. <br />The final plat is stamped and signed by Renee Clough, PLS, PE, AICP as the <br />project’s land surveyor. <br />3) Contain documentation addressing all conditions of tentative plan approval <br />and state and local platting requirements <br />As demonstrated in this application, conditions of tentative plan approval and <br />state and local platting requirements have been met.
