While the allowance for Middle
Housing has increased the potential for further development of residentially
zoned lots within Eugene’s City Limits, there are development considerations that
are dependent on the timing of construction and any land division. Please answer
all questions. Staff contacts are provided below if assistance is needed.
Project Consultation (PC): A free project consultation meeting with plan review
staff can be requested prior to submitting a building permit application. These
consultations provide an opportunity for applicants to ask questions and review
applicable development standards related to the proposed Middle Housing
project and are highly beneficial to the applicant and the project’s success. The
meeting can be scheduled online at: Project Consultations | Eugene, OR Website
Middle Housing – Project Planning to Determine Code Standards
1.
