Shear and E. Eudora <br />Shear signed on December 19, 1944 and recorded on January 29, 1959 in Reel 127, Instrument No. 58654, <br />Lane County Deed Records. The property described in this Deed is shown on Illustration 1 and was the <br />North 28 feet of what is now Tax Lot 12200 and the South 22 feet of what is now Tax Lot 12300. This Deed <br />is included as attachment 1 to this report. <br />The second step was by Deed from Forest M. Shear to Eudora E. Shear signed on August 14, 1952 and <br />recorded as Instrument No. 61728 on April 28, 1954 in Page 233 of Volume 20 of the Certificate of Title <br />Register of Lane County, and later recorded in Reel 668 as Instrument No. 7355177, Lane County Deed <br />Records. The property described in this Deed is shown on Illustration 2 and was the South 50 feet of what is <br />now Tax Lot 12200. This Deed is included as attachment 2 to this report. <br />The third step was by Deed from Forest M. Shear and E. Eudora Shear to Benton S. Merwin and Marie <br />Merwin signed on January 29, 1959 and recorded on January 29, 1959 in Reel 127, Instrument No. 58655, <br />Lane County Deed Records. The property described in this Deed is shown on Illustration 3 and was the <br />South 22 feet of what is now Tax Lot 12300. This Deed is included as attachment 3 to this report. At the <br />time this Deed was recorded, it created the North 28 feet of what is now Tax Lot 12200 as a remainder lot. <br />Tax Lot 12200 in its current configuration contains two Legal Lots. The South 50 feet was established by a <br />deed that was signed before April 2, 1962 (attachment 2) and the North 28 feet was established by a deed <br />that was signed before April 2, 1962 (attachment 3).
