i) All wetlands within 50 feet of property lines must be identified and noted (all <br />wetlands are a natural resource). <br />ii) the site plan must also properly identify/indicate all trees by species and <br />dimension on the site plan as they, too, are a natural resource. <br />iii) Critical root zones for trees to be preserved within the /WR conservation area <br />must be shown and information provided on how they will not be negatively <br />impacted. As the applicant has not provided the proper conservation zone to <br />include wetland AMA 5B/Wetland 2B, they cannot have properly fulfilled this <br />requirement. <br />REQUEST: the developer must meet the specifications for the Goal 5 designation for the <br />property of approval be denied. <br />6. EC 9.4930 (3) (e) 3: Requires that excavated areas be backfilled with existing native <br />soil: <br />This was not addressed by the developer, so therefore it is not in compliance. <br />REQUEST: the developer is not in compliance with EC 9.4930 (3) (e) 3 and therefore application <br />should be denied. <br />
