Learn why this is important <br />[EXTERNAL ] <br />Dear Mr Giollo, I request that this application be denied based on the developer’s failure to observe many things <br />that may not be in compliance and only partly addressed, I worry in particular about EC 9.4980 (4) (b). To just say <br />“acknowledged and agreed” regarding compliance regarding chemicals, etc from entering the streams and <br />wetlands is not very reassuring. The south end of the property borders the park, so how can we be assured that <br />the park and creek would not be affected?
