<br />THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION THAT PROPERTY
<br />CONVEYED THROUGH INSTRUMENT NO. 2024-037799 OF LANE COUNTY
<br />OREGON DEED RECORDS, INTO THE THREE PARCELS AS SHOWN HEREON.
<br />BOUNDARY DETERMINATION:
<br />THE EAST LINE OF THE PROPERTY IS THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF
<br />JEFFERSON ALLEY. THE PLAT OF COLLEGE HILL PARK SHOWS THIS
<br />ALLEY AS BEING 14 FEET IN WIDTH, AND ACCOMPANYING FIELD NOTES
<br />(CS 791) INDICATE THAT SAID WEST LINE WAS INTENDED TO BE THE
<br />WEST LINE OF THE C. MULLIGAN DONATION LAND CLAIM NO. 48.
<br />HOWEVER, UTILIZING THE OVERALL MEASUREMENTS SHOWN ON THE
<br />PLAT, THE WIDTH CALCULATES OUT TO ONLY APPROXIMATELY 13'.
<br />LATER, HENDRICKS-ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK APPEARS TO
<br />DEDICATE ADDITIONAL WIDTH TO THE ALLEY, BEING A PORTION OF
