Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />3 (c) Long term bicycle parking shall be provided at ground level unless a ramp no less than 2 <br />feet in width or an elevator with a minimum depth or width of 6 feet is easily accessible to an <br />approved bicycle parking area. If bicycle parking is provided on upper floors, the number of <br />required spaces provided on each floor cannot exceed the number of spaces required for the use <br />on that floor as per Table 9.6105(5). <br />SB 1537 Adjustment Response: Per SB 1537, bicycle parking can be adjusted to provide the <br />minimum bike parking spaces by one half, For 52 units of housing, we will provide 26 bike parking <br />spaces distributed throughout the building as follows: Floor 1: 2 spaces for 4 units, Floor 2: 8 <br />spaces for 16 units, Floor 3: 8 spaces for 16 units, Floor 4: 8 spaces for 16 units. <br />For the 3,462 SF of office use provided in the ground floor of The Coleman, 2 bike parking spaces <br />are required split between 25% long term and 75% short term.
