<br />Project Name: LTD 2026 Eugene Station Pressure Washing & Painting Project <br />Site Address: 1080 Olive St, Eugene, OR 97401 <br />Date Range: June 14, 2026 – August 28.2026 <br />Pressure Washing Time Range: 9pm to 6am <br /> <br />Pressure washing must occur at night once bus service is complete, as the safety of <br />passengers is our highest priority. Eugene Station is an active transit hub during normal <br />business hours, with continuous pedestrian tra1ic, bus movements, and passenger <br />loading and unloading. Performing pressure washing during these hours would introduce <br />slip hazards, obstruct travel paths, and create conflicts with bus operations, increasing the <br />risk of injury or service disruption. Scheduling this work after hours allows the area to be <br />controlled and cleaned safely and e1iciently, minimizing public exposure to wet surfaces, <br />equipment, and hoses while ensuring transit operations and passenger access remain <br />uninterrupted.
