These accepted changes primarily revert to original language in the current Refinement Plan <br />and are reflected in [Exhibit B Refinement Plan Amendments]. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br /> <br />The City Council is scheduled to deliberate and take action on the proposal on March 9, 2026. The <br />applicant has responded to FNA’s request for dialogue to address their issues and concerns and has <br />updated its proposal accordingly within the limitations of need, scope, process, and findings. UO met <br />with FNA representatives on February 9, 2026, to address their proposed text changes and discuss <br />ideas on how to engage FNA in future design projects in the /EC Overlay Zone.
