3 – PRIVATE JOINT USE ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />11. Governing Law; Interpretation. This JAM will be governed by the laws of <br />Oregon. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any portion of this JAM to be void or <br />unenforceable as written, the parties intend that (1) that portion of this JAM be enforced to the <br />extent permitted by law, and (2) the balance of this JAM remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />12. Amendment and Termination. Any termination or modifications, changes, <br />additions, or deletions to this JAM must be approved by the owners of all Lots, in writing. <br /> <br />13.
