Per the Urban <br />Transition Area (UTA) code 9.2010 a single dwelling unit is a permitted use in the AG zone, however any new <br />dwelling units would trigger a requirement to Annex into the city per UTA 9.4640 (page 195). I see there is a dwelling <br />currently on site, is the plan to replace the existing dwelling with a manufactured home? If so, please have the <br />property owner fill out the Annexation Determination application with their intent in the required written <br />description.
