The proposed ARA application is <br />subject to the Type II application review process per EC 9.7200. Note that the attached plan set is for both <br />the subject SB 1537 Adjustment Review Application and the separate City Adjustment Review Application. <br /> <br />I. Land Use Request <br /> <br />The Mark at Eugene LLC (the “applicant”) requests approval of an SB 1537 Adjustment Review <br />application for a multiple-unit residential project with approximately 325 dwelling units located on the <br />northern portion of Tax Lot 4700 and Parcel 2 (the “site”) of the conditionally approved Tentative Plan <br />Partition (City File No. PT 25-14). <br />
