There is a small office building on the north tax lot <br />and the south tax lot is vacant.It used to have a single unit dwelling on it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The office building has a parking lot on East 15th Avenue with 8 parking spaces that currently back out on to the street <br />and is the pedestrian face of that building. <br /> <br /> <br />The east side of the office building (facing High Street) is also fully paved. <br />.
