I recommend submitting for an Annexation Determination application with your proposed project <br />details to see if it will trigger any annexation requirement. This location is not contiguous to annexed properties <br />and likely will not be eligible to annex for some time it is important to make sure your project does not require <br />annexation per city code. https://www.eugene-or.gov/DocumentCenter/View/5809/Annexation-Determination . <br />Annexation Determinations are a free service and take 2-3 weeks to process.
