SB 1537 ADJUSTMENT REVIEW APPLICATION <br />WPIanning <br />Limited Land Use Decision <br />SB 1537 requires local governments grant adjustments to specific development and design standards applied <br />to the development of housing if the application meets certain conditions. For more information, please see <br />the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) SB 1537 Guidance and FAQ. <br />Please complete the following application checklist and submit a written narrative with information showing <br />that all conditions are met. Note that additional information may be required upon further review to <br />adequately address the application for adjustments.
