<br />THE REMAINING NORTH, EAST AND SOUTH LINES THE PROPERTY ARE CONTROLLED BY THE BOUNDARY OF BLOCK 8, OF
<br />CHULA VISTA PARK.
<br />THE NORTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED ON THE LINE BETWEEN THE FOUND 1/2" IRON PIPE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
<br />BLOCK 7, OF CHULA VISTA PARK AND THE 5/8" REBAR FOUND MIDWAY ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3, OF FIRST

<br />INTERSECTIONS. FOR THE INTERSECTION OF CENTRAL BOULEVARD AND EAST 27TH AVENUE, A BEST FIT OF RECORD
<br />DISTANCES FROM SHOWN REFERENCE MONUMENTS WAS USED. FOR THE INTERSECTION OF WOODLAWN AVENUE AND
<br />EAST 27TH AVENUE, DISTANCE -DISTANCE INTERSECTION FROM THE PREVIOUS INTERSECTION AND THE SHOWN
