At this time, the exact impervious surface on each <br />parcel is unknown. For purposes of preliminary sizing <br />for the partition, on impervious surface of 4,000 <br />square feet will be assumed. Final sizing will occur at <br />building permits for each lot and the facility sizing will <br />need to be updated. <br />4. The SIM Form Water Quality Sizing will be utilized for <br />tentative storm facility sizing. For Storm Planters the <br />sizing factor is 3% of the impervious surface being <br />treated. <br />5. There is an existing public 10" stormline in the 14' <br />PUE on the west sides of parcels 1 & 2 as shown <br />that is available to serve parcels 1 & 2. It is <br />proposed to construct a new 4" storm stub into this <br />mainline as the discharge for treated stormwater <br />runoff from parcel 2 as shown. It is also proposed to <br />construct a separate 4" storm stub into this mainline <br />as the discharge for treated stormwater runoff from <br />parcel 1 as shown. Exact location for each storm stub <br />will be determined during the building permit process. <br />6. Proposed storm planters to be landscaped per the <br />2014 Eugene Stormwater Management Manual. <br />Landscape plans will be prepared at time of building <br />permits. <br />7� Stormwater runoff from new roofs and driveways on <br />each parcel to be collected via roof drains and piping <br />and routed to the respective stormwater planter on <br />each parcel. <br />8. Foundation Filtration Planters and Filtration Stormwater <br />Planters standard details shown are taken from the <br />2014 Eugene Stormwater Management Manual. <br />9.
