The applicant shall submit an Irrevocable Petition for public improvements in sandy Drive to <br />include adequate paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and street trees for both Parcel 1 and <br />Parcel 2. <br />Included with this application is a draft of the Irrevocable Petition for public improvements in Sandy Drive <br />for staff approval to be signed by the applicant prior to final plat approval <br />2. The applicant shall submit evidence demonstrating the area within the Vision Clearance Area is <br />consistent with the requirements of EC 9.6780. <br />Included with this application is evidence demonstrating the Vision Clearance Area is consistent with the <br />requirements of EC 9.6780. The area is/will be kept free of all visual obstructions from 2 ½ feet to 9 feet <br />above the curb line. Where curbs are absent, the crown of adjacent streets shall be used as the reference <br />point. <br />3. The applicant shall submit the results of infiltration testing performed at the facility site <br />together with a conceptual plan that demonstrates a proposed system will comply with the <br />stormwater management manual. The conceptual design will need to be reviewed and <br />approved prior to approval of the final plat. <br />Results of infiltration testing and a conceptual plan demonstrating a proposed system will comply with the <br />stormwater management manual have been submitted with this application for staff review and approval. <br />4.
