<br /> <br /> 10 Slocum TIA April 22, 2025 <br /> EXISTING ROADWAY CONDITIONS <br />4.1 STREET NETWORK <br />Major streets included within the study are Chad Drive and Coburg Road. Table 4 illustrates <br />the roadway characteristics within the study area. <br /> <br />Coburg Road is classified as a Major Arterial and is a major travel route between downtown <br />and northeast Eugene. Coburg Road is mainly fronted by commercial developments with <br />intermittent residential. There are 2 lanes per direction and a center two-way left-turn lane. <br />There are bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides. <br /> <br />Chad Drive is classified as a Major Collector and is a major route connecting Game Farm Road <br />and Coburg Road and serves several larger businesses. Chad Drive is 1 lane in each direction <br />with a center left turn lane. There are separate left <br />turn lanes on the north and south approaches. The northbound and southbound left turns <br />operate with protected-permissive phasing. The east and west approaches run as split phasing. <br />The east approach has a left lane and a left-through-right lane. The northbound approach has <br />a separate right turn lane that has overlap phasing with the westbound phase. There are
