Phone: (541) 345-1112 <br /> <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> <br />This Property Line Adjustment application involves 2 legal lots: Tax Lot #8500 (Property 1) and <br />Tax Lot #8600 (Property 2), as shown on Lane County Assessor’s Map 18-03-06-21. The <br />purpose of this adjustment is to move the common boundary line between these two legal lots, <br />15.00 feet in a southerly direction to add property to Tax Lot #8500 for additional yard. <br /> <br />LEGAL LOT EXPLANATION <br /> <br />Tax Lot #8500 was first described and conveyed as Lot 4, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION <br />TO COLLEGE HILL PARK IN 1938. The owner then acquired the North 10 feet of the west 77 <br />feet of Lot 5, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK in 1939. <br />The first conveyance that appears for Tax Lot #8600 in its current configuration is in 1941 <br />described as the west 77 feet of Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO <br />COLLEGE HILL PARK: except the north 10 feet of the west 77 feet of Lot 5, Block 3 of <br />HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK. Therefore, both tax lots are legal lots. <br /> <br />9.8405 Applicability of Property Line Adjustment Applications. <br /> <br />1) <br />a.) This adjustment involves 2 units of land as stated above. When the process is <br />complete, there will remain only 2 units of land. <br />b.) This is the first and only adjustment that will be taking place between these 2 units of <br />land this calendar year. <br />c.)
