Phone: (541) 345-1112 INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND This Property Line Adjustment application involves 2 legal lots: Tax Lot #8500 (Property 1) and Tax Lot #8600 (Property 2), as shown on Lane County Assessor’s Map 18-03-06-21. The purpose of this adjustment is to move the common boundary line between these two legal lots, 15.00 feet in a southerly direction to add property to Tax Lot #8500 for additional yard. LEGAL LOT EXPLANATION Tax Lot #8500 was first described and conveyed as Lot 4, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK IN 1938. The owner then acquired the North 10 feet of the west 77 feet of Lot 5, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK in 1939. The first conveyance that appears for Tax Lot #8600 in its current configuration is in 1941 described as the west 77 feet of Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK: except the north 10 feet of the west 77 feet of Lot 5, Block 3 of HENDRICKS ADDITION TO COLLEGE HILL PARK. Therefore, both tax lots are legal lots. 9.8405 Applicability of Property Line Adjustment Applications. 1) a.) This adjustment involves 2 units of land as stated above.
