<br />NUMBER 25389, AS THE BASIS OF BEARING, PER THE FOUND
<br />MONUMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON. SAID MONUMENTS WERE SET
<br />IN THE AFOREMENTIONED COUNTY SURVEY FILE NUMBER
