2 <br />If I was submitting a building permit today on the two last lots in Crescent Village I would show staff the <br />Planning Decision below and we would be allowed to proceed as approved given again on our vested <br />rights in these approvals. <br /> <br /> <br />I hope that gives everyone a little more context to the last item that needs to be addressed in this <br />Ordinance update. <br /> <br />Feel free to share this. I feel like there is nothing secret to these thoughts. This is how we have all been <br />operating within our rights and within our previous approvals. <br /> <br />I might be wrong but I think we will all get to the same spot.
