This Public Hearing was scheduled for the Eugene Planning Commission to consider <br />an appeal of the Hearing's Official decision denying a Tentative Planned Unit Development and Tentative Subdivision <br />for Braewood Hills 3rd Addition (City File Numbers PDT 24-1 and ST 24-3) to create 39 residential lots, streets, and <br />associated infrastructure improvements.
