<br />Annexation Exhibit Maps <br /> <br /> <br />An exhibit map must be prepared based upon the annexation legal description is required as part of the <br />annexation application. A licensed land surveyor must prepare, stamp, and sign the exhibit map. <br />The following items must be shown on the exhibit map: <br />1. Add a title at the top of the exhibit to include owner’s name(s), 1/4 section, section, township <br />and range, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br />2. The commencement point of the annexation legal description must be clearly labeled. <br />3. If the commencement point is not the point of beginning, you need to either graphically show or <br />note the bearings and distances from the commencement point to the point of beginning. <br />4. Label the point of beginning of the annexation parcel. <br />5. Bearings and distances for each course of the area to be annexed must be labeled. <br />6. Label all subdivisions with their name, lot, and block numbers. <br />7. Label the tax lot number to the parcel being annexed and the adjoining properties. <br />8. Label all adjoining streets. <br />9. Hatch or shade the parcel to be annexed. <br />10. Hatch or shade the City Limits at the time of the annexation application. <br />11. If needed include a legend. <br />12. Show a north arrow and bar scale. <br />13. Add a vicinity map with the location of the lands to be annexed clearly shown. <br />14. Add tax map and tax lot information.
